How long does a treatment plan last?

Plans run for a set period of time that we agree on together. This allows us to support consistent progress and real results.

How do payments work?

Payments are spread out into weekly or fortnightly instalments for the entire duration of your plan, making it simple and manageable.

What VIP perks do members receive?

VIP perks are personalised and may include:

Absolutely. At the end of your plan, you can:

  • Extend your membership

  • Restructure your treatments

  • Upgrade or shift focus based on your results

Membership Terms & Conditions:

By joining a membership with All Things Beauty, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1.Membership payments will be processed automatically at the agreed payment frequency.

2.Memberships are established with an agreed fixed commitment period at the time of sign-up. The membership remains active for the duration of this term unless early termination is approved under the conditions outlined below.

3.Memberships are entered into as a fixed commitment for the agreed term. Early termination of a membership is not guaranteed and will only be considered under exceptional circumstances. A minimum of 3 months on your membership must have been completed to be considered for an early cancellation.

4.Requests for early termination must be submitted in writing and may require reasonable supporting documentation.

Approval of early termination remains at the discretion of All Things Beauty.

5.Where early termination is approved by the salon, an early cancellation fee equal to 30% of the remaining membership balance will apply.

Once the cancellation fee has been processed, the membership will be terminated immediately and no further membership payments will be taken.

6.Once the initial commitment period has been completed, memberships will automatically continue on a rolling basisunless cancellation notice is provided.

7.Memberships that have moved into the rolling renewal period require 30 days written notice to cancel.

Payments will continue during the notice period. After the 30-day notice period has been completed, the membership will be closed and no further payments will be processed.

8.Membership benefits, pricing and inclusions are available only while the membership remains active and cannot be transferred to non-members.

9.Membership pricing, inclusions and benefits apply only while the membership remains active at the time a treatment or service is provided.

10.Any outstanding balances from treatments or services received must be settled before the membership can be fully closed.

11.If a scheduled membership payment fails, All Things Beauty reserves the right to pause membership benefits and booking access until the account is brought up to date.

12.Standard salon booking policies apply to all membership appointments.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the service being forfeited or charged in accordance with the salon’s booking policy.

13.Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.

14.Memberships may be paused in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the salon. Any approved pause period may extend the membership term accordingly.

15.All membership cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to All Things Beauty.
