We accept MasterCard, Visa card, American express, Eftpos, Pay by App, AFTERPAY & Humm. (minimum purchase of $50 on buy now pay later)
Cancellation policy & House Keeping...
Your appointment will be confirmed via a text message sent to your nominated mobile phone 48 hours prior to your appointment. We ask that you simply respond to this confirmation text if for any reason you are unable to attend, please reply to the number provided in the confirmation text message.
Running Early/ Late
Please arrive to your appointment on time. I am a one woman team and I run my business around my clients and my children. If you arrive before your appointment time please wait in your car or on the chairs at the front of the house. If you arrive late to your appointment I may not be able to complete the entire treatment.
There are 3 car parking space on my driveway, you are welcome to park on any of these spaces to keep the road clear (and ensure you don’t get a ticket).
Family, friends & kids
Please refrain from bringing too many friends/family with you to your appointment as I don’t have a large waiting area and they may have to wait outside. Children are welcome however I do ask that you bring something to entertain them with and please take into consideration the treatment you will be receiving and the length of the appointment.
Full payment is required on the day this can be via Cash, Eftpos, Pay by App, Afterpay or Humm. If using interest free payment methods you will be required to pay upfront.
To complete your online booking you would have been required to enter your card details, your card will not be charged until your appointment has been completed (in some cases the card may be charged a small fee initially to make sure the card is valid but this amount is refunded immediately).
This new payment method means everything can run smoothly through my booking system which makes finalising the transaction in salon quicker and easier.
cancellations, reschedules and no-shows
A minimum of 48 hours notice must be given to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you choose to reschedule within the 48 hour period your card may be charged 30% of the total treatment value. If you are a ‘no-show’ your card will be charged 50% of the total treatment value.
No – shows are not tolerated and will no longer be able to book appointments at All Things Beauty.
These policies may be altered at the discretion of the owner of All Things Beauty without notice. A copy of our policies can be found in the salon plus on our booking & reminder emails.
Gift vouchers may be purchased in salon, over the phone or via email. All Things Beauty gift vouchers come in an envelope may be posted directly to a third party recipient as a gift if that is your intention. Gift Vouchers are valid for a 6 month period from the date of purchase, are non refundable or redeemable for cash.
